Nature Trails Yarn Club Colourway Reveal: Kangaroons in the Mist
Gee, do we get a lot of fog over winter! Sometimes, first thing in the morning, it feels like we are living in a mysterious cloud land. It's such a magical feeling to see all the trees and paddocks veiled in thick, mysterious fog (as long as I’m toasty warm by the fire).
Kangaroos come and go throughout the year, but lately, we've been seeing them quite often along the bank outside our kitchen window or around the property, nibbling on the icy grass.
In the foggy mornings, they look like magical creatures… so peaceful, purposeful, and unhurried.
They remind me that winter is a time for slower, more gentle movements and activities. Not being able to see far ahead of me in the fog isn't really a barrier; I already know the trees and paths around here so well. If I focus on what's right in front of me without all the distractions, I won't trip and fall.
I hope this colourway brings some mysterious yet peaceful winter vibes your way.
